The BIMECO IFC-SG Viewer is a cloud-based application developed and maintained by a team at the AcePLP Group.

This tool helps you to validate your IFC model against the IFC-SG specification. It is free for use. You are not required to install any application on your desktop before use.

Please take a moment to read about the terms of service, which includes information on how your privacy is protected in the use of BIMECO.

• When you share information with the AcePLP Group through your interactions with BIMECO, rest assured that your data is safe with us. We will never, ever sell your data to anyone.
• When you use BIMECO, we collect information to deliver, maintain, and improve the service of our products and services. We use this information to make improvements, aid our operations so that we can meet your needs, and personalise your experience based on your preferences.
• To serve your needs, the data we collect from you as you interact with BIMECO includes your email address to attribute the data uploaded to your account, as well as your feedback, questions, queries, and support requests sent through BIMECO.
• Your data is retained as long as the purpose for which it was collected remains and until it is no longer necessary for any other legal or business purposes.
• We may use your data to recommend you services, including support services to fix issues identified using BIMECO. These messages may be sent to you in various modes including but not limited to electronic mail, direct mailers, short message service, telephone calls, facsimile and other mobile messaging services. In doing so, we will comply with the Personal Data Protection Act of Singapore (PDPA).
• In sending the service recommendations to you, please be assured that we shall do so only if you have not indicated to us in our ongoing relationship that you do not wish to receive any support service recommendations from AcePLP or BIMECO, and you have not registered that number with the National Do Not Call Registry. We may continue to send you messages as part of our ongoing relationship with you and nothing in this section shall vary or supersede the terms and conditions that govern your use of BIMECO.

• We may amend the terms of service from time to time to ensure that it is consistent with any developments to the way that the AcePLP Group uses your data or any changes to the laws and regulations applicable to AcePLP. All communications, transactions and dealings with us shall be subject to the latest version of the terms of service at the time.
